All the information and data refer to the bidding object provided in this Announcement as well as the attachments are for reference only. If there is any discrepancy, the class certificates, trading certificates and actual condition shall prevail.<\/p>\n
2.1 This bidding will be held without a reserved price. If only one bidder is collected, the bidder shall be identified as the Buyers; If there are two or more bidders participating in the bidding, the potential transfer of the ship will be carried out by auction.<\/p>\n
2.2 The starting price is RMB 75 million, and the bidding deposit is RMB 7.5 million (or USD 1.10 million). Bid Increment is a multiple of RMB 0.02 million.<\/p>\n
2.3 The bidding time will enter into Extension Cycle since 15:25, May 12th, 2026 (Beijing Time) after the bidding officially starts. And then the ending time will be refreshed to 5 minutes once each new bidding price offered.<\/p>\n
2.4 If the Buyers pay the deposit in RMB when applying for the bidding, it will be automatically converted as part of purchase deposit after the bidding(i.e., Deposit). If the Buyers pay the deposit in US dollar, Buyers shall pay another RMB 7.5 million separately to the bidding company\u2019s designated account within 3 banking days upon the completion of the bidding. The bidding company shall return the US dollar deposit fully back to the Buyers within 3 banking day after the receipt of the RMB deposit.<\/p>\n
2.5 The time of this auction activity shall be subject to Beijing time.(except as otherwise herein provided)<\/p>\n
3. Registration Requirements:<\/p>\n
3.1 Registration is available from the date of this Announcement and ends before the auction starts (subject to the receipt of bidding deposit, the completion of online registration and the receipt of the bid number plate obtained on the platform. It is recommended that bidders pay the deposit 2-3 days in advance in order to avoid any issues resulting in missing the auction). No registration will be accepted after the deadline. Once a bidder successfully completes the registration(subject to obtaining an bid number plate), they shall be deemed to have fully understood, accepted and agreed to comply with the relevant provisions of this announcement, bidding rules, special provisions, attachments and relevant agreements.<\/p>\n
3.2 This auction accepts registrations from domestic natural persons, as well as legally existing enterprises or organizations within or outside the People\u2019s Republic of China. Intending bidders, their affiliated companies, and their ultimate beneficial owners, directors, senior executives or employees shall not:<\/p>\n
a) be sanctioned, subject to sanction-related impacts, or violate sanction provision; or<\/p>\n
b) be prohibited parties, or owned or controlled by prohibited parties, or act directly or indirectly on behalf of or for the benefit of prohibited parties; or<\/p>\n
c) owns or controls a Prohibited Person, or be affiliated companies, ultimate beneficial owners, directors, senior executives or employees of a Prohibited Person;<\/p>\n
and for the purposes of these clauses,<\/p>\n
\u201cProhibited Person\u201d means any person who is the subject of Sanctions (whether designated by name or by reason of being included in a class of persons to whom the applicable Sanctions apply in accordance with their terms); and<\/p>\n
\u201cSanctions\u201d means any sanctions, embargoes, freezing provisions, prohibitions or other restrictive laws, regulations, or measures related to trade, commerce, investment, export, financing or asset provision (or other activities similar to or connected with any of the foregoing) issued by the United Nations, the People\u2019s Republic of China, the United States of America, the European Union and the respective governmental departments and institutions of any of the foregoing (including but not limited to the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of Treasury (OFAC), the United States Department of State, and the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) of His Majesty\u2019s Treasury (HMT), etc.).<\/p>\n

4. Date and Place for Inspection of the Ship:<\/p>\n
Inspection time is to be determined (according to specific voyage and port arrangement, and we will issue the notice in advance), and please confirm with the bidding company for details. Potential bidders can inspect the Ship within the stipulated time. The risk and expenses in relation to the inspection shall be borne by the potential bidders. The bidding company and the Sellers shall only be responsible for coordination work. Potential bidders who fail to participate in the on-site inspection yet complete the registration procedure within the prescribed inspection time shall be deemed to have recognized and accepted the status quo and defects of the Ship, including but not limited to all known and unknown defects related to the ship certificates and the ship condition, etc. The buyers shall not raise any objection to the quality and\/or other defects of the bidding object for any reason.<\/p>\n
