Entrusted by the Seller, our company (the \u201cBidding Company \u201c) is scheduled to conduct an online public auction on the Shipbid website (www.shipbid.net) from 16:00 to 16:30 on May 29th, 2026 (Beijing time), which is hereby announced as follows:<\/p>\n

Remark: The vessel has been carried out the dry docking survey in March,2026.<\/p>\n
(The information in relation to the Vessel provided in this Announcement, the Special Provisions and its annexes (if any) is for reference only.)<\/p>\n
(1) This bidding will be held without a reserved price. If only one bidder is collected, the bidder shall be identified as the Buyers; If there are two or more bidders participating in the bidding, the potential transfer of the ship will be carried out by bidding. There is no right of first refusal in this bidding.<\/p>\n
(2) Starting Price: US$5.68million; Bidding Deposit: US$0.568million (or RMB\uffe54million). Each increment of the bidding price shall be in an integer multiple of US$10000.<\/p>\n
(3) The bidding will commence from 1600 hours on the bidding Day (Beijing Time) will continue until 1625 hours on the bidding Day (Beijing Time) after which time (A) if there is no new bid offered 5 minutes thereafter, the bidding will be deemed completed or (B) if there are further bids after 1625 hours then the bidding will only be deemed completed when 5 minutes elapses from the time of the last entered bid.<\/p>\n
(4) The Bidding Deposit of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within two (2) Banking Days after the end of the bidding, and each such Bidding Deposit will not accrue any interest. Bank or other charges incurred in relation to the remittance of each Bidding Deposit shall be borne by the relevant unsuccessful bidders.<\/p>\n
(5) If the successful bidder pay the Bidding Deposit in US dollars when applying for the bidding, it will be automatically converted as the purchase deposit after the bidding and the MOA is signed. If the successful bidder pays the Bidding Deposit in RMB, it must remit the USD-denominated Bidding Deposit to the bidding deposit account of designated by the Bidding Company within three (3) Banking Days after signing the Auction Confirmation. The Bidding Company shall thereafter refund the RMB Bidding Deposit (without interest) previously paid by the successful Buyer via the original payment route within two (2) Banking Days after receiving the USD-denominated Bidding Deposit.<\/p>\n
(6) The time of this bidding activity shall be subject to Beijing time (unless otherwise expressly stated).<\/p>\n
3. Registration Requirements:<\/p>\n
(1) The potential bidders may each register to participate in the bidding at any time from the date of this Announcement to the time the bidding starts on the bidding Day but will only be treated as or deemed to have successfully registered for the bidding when the Bidding Company has received its Bidding Deposit and such potential bidder has completed the registration for the bidding on the bidding website and has been provided with an bidding number plate.<\/p>\n
It is therefore recommended that each potential bidder pays the Bidding Deposit and completes the registration 3-5 Banking Days in advance of the bidding Day to avoid missing registering in time for the bidding. No registration will be accepted after the 16:00 (Beijing Time) of the bidding Day.<\/p>\n
After successful registration (as evidenced by obtaining an bidding number plate), the potential bidders shall be deemed to be fully aware of and to have accepted and complied with (and will continue to comply with) the provisions of this Announcement, the ancillary bidding rules, special provisions and relevant annexes.<\/p>\n
(2) This bidding is open to any legally existing enterprises or organizations. Bidders must ensure that they are not subject to sanctions by China, the United Nations, the European Union or the United States, and have the ability to pay in US dollars (during the auction or after the transaction, bidders must provide relevant explanations or supporting materials as reasonably required).<\/p>\n

4. Inspection Schedule and Place:<\/p>\n

Potential bidders may arrange for Vessel inspections during the designated inspection period and shall bear all costs, risks and liabilities related to inspection during the process. The Seller is only responsible for coordination. Potential bidders who fail to participate in the physical inspection during the designated inspection period yet completed the registration procedure shall be deemed to have fully understood and accepted all conditions of the Vessel, including but not limited to all known and unknown defects related to the Vessel\u2019s class, Vessel\u2019s certificates and the Vessel\u2019s conditions, etc. Potential bidders shall not raise any objections to the quality or other defects or any condition whatsoever of the Vessel for any reason whatsoever at any time. The successful bidder is deemed to have accepted the condition of the Vessel currently and shall not need or request for any physical inspection of the Vessel.<\/p>\n
