A meaningful exchange of views took place regarding the prospects for cooperation in the Eastern Mediterranean, port infrastructure, the connectivity of trade corridors, and the new investment opportunities emerging in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Emphasis was placed on the prospects created by the India\u2013Middle East\u2013Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC), a strategic initiative expected to upgrade connectivity between India, the Middle East and Europe.
