Australia, UK sign 50-year AUKUS submarine partnership treaty

AUKUS is Australia’s biggest-ever defence undertaking, with Canberra committing to spend AU$368 billion over three a long time to the programme, which incorporates billions of {dollars} of funding within the US manufacturing base.
