Cargo ship refloated following grounding near Norway-Sweden border

A cargo ship was efficiently refloated after it ran aground close to the maritime border between Sweden and Norway within the early morning (native time) of Thursday, October 16.

The Norwegian-flagged common cargo vessel Hagland Captain was transporting timber between the Norwegian cities of Porsgrunn and Halden when it ran aground close to the Svinesund Bridge, which connects the 2 nations, at round 01:00 on Thursday.
