FBI probes Democrats who told US military to disobey orders

There is no such thing as a cost of sedition underneath US regulation for civilians, although the cost of “seditious conspiracy” carries a most penalty of 20 years.

For troops, the Uniform Code of Army Justice features a part on sedition, with attainable penalties together with dying.
