The Worldwide Maritime Pilots’ Affiliation (IMPA), which represents over 50 member international locations, is partnering with the Canadian Nationwide Centre of Experience on Maritime Pilotage (NCEMP) and the Canadian Coast Guard to judge the feasibility of distant pilotage.
