Heesen’s newest 55m Metal superyacht SERENA is at the moment finishing her sea trials within the North Sea following her launch in August and forward of her supply later in 2024. Her building started in spring 2022 with naval structure by Van Oossanen Naval Architects, exterior design by Omega Architects and interiors from Luca Dini Design & Structure.

The tri-deck design is topped by her 110sqm sundeck which presents a versatile format with fabulous panoramic views and a luxurious spa pool. Inside, she will be able to accommodate as much as twelve visitors in 5 staterooms together with a main bedroom on the principle deck with lounge, workplace, full-beam stateroom, deluxe ensuite and personal terrace. The extra staterooms are on the decrease deck, configured as two doubles and two twins – with extra pullman bunks. The health club on the bridge deck can be utilized as a sixth stateroom.

Constructed with a metal hull and aluminium superstructure, she is powered by twin MTU engines delivering a high velocity of 15.5 knots and a variety of 4,500 nautical miles at her cruising velocity of 13 knots. There’s separate lodging for the 13 crew members.
