Rocket stage recovery ship, new Russian research boats and more

A partnership shaped by Norwegian shipbuilder Vard, Ingegneria Dei Sistemi, and Italian analysis consultancy Cetena has begun design work on a brand new restoration car for the European Area Company (ESA).

The maritime platform beneath growth is a multi-purpose drone vessel designed to retrieve rocket phases that land at sea after launch. These phases, that are sometimes misplaced or discarded, can now be recovered and reused, considerably bettering the effectivity and sustainability of house missions, based on Vard.
