Atotal of three incidents had been reported on ships transiting the Phillip Channel, within the eastbound lane of the Site visitors Separation Scheme (TSS) within the Singapore Strait (SS) on 28 February 2025, between 0030 hrs and 0700 hrs. The incidents occurred in shut proximity to one another, off Takong Kecil Gentle, Indonesia. Two incidents concerned bulk carriers, and one concerned a petroleum/chemical tanker.
