WASHINGTON, Aug 2 (Reuters) – The U.S. army will deploy further fighter jets and Navy warships to the Center East, the Pentagon stated on Friday, as Washington seeks to bolster defenses following threats from Iran and its allies Hamas and Hezbollah.
