Willelectro – Demonstrator USV for freight transport in port waters

UK-based RAD Propulsion just lately launched a brand new unmanned floor car (USV) that served as a proof-of-concept demonstrator of low-emission maritime transport in ports.

In collaboration with native logistics firm and vessel operator Williams Transport, RAD Propulsion designed, developed, and operated Willelectro, a compact USV that the companions known as a “micro freight supply vessel.” The target was to point out that freight will be transported successfully over quick distances with much less manpower and with out counting on conventional marine propulsion techniques.
