MF Shipping Group selects MESPAS as fleetwide software partner

MESPAS is proud to announce a strategic partnership with MF Shipping Group headquartered in Delfzijl, Netherlands.

Following a successful proof-of-concept evaluation, MF Shipping Group has selected the MESPAS ship management platform, as its preferred software solution to support its managed fleet of 46 vessels.

MF Shipping Group cited the strength of the MESPAS platform’s structured and consistent global master data framework as a key differentiator in its evaluation. A robust data architecture enables analytics not only at the individual vessel level but also across the entire fleet, establishing the foundation for artificial intelligence data analysis, benchmarking and strategic decision-making.

“The partnership with MESPAS began with our technical team seeking a system with a modern master data approach,” said Claas Vis, Chief Technical Officer of MF Shipping Group. “MESPAS delivered a solution that provides structured data integrity and integrates seamlessly within our existing IT environment. An important advantage for us is the integrated MESPAS-Radiant solution, in which both providers work together to deliver a unified platform supporting technical management and crewing. Combined with connectivity to our accounting system and other core applications, this comprehensive interoperability was a key factor in our decision. It confirmed that MESPAS is the right fit for our business.”

Looking ahead, the MESPAS platform will continue to advance in line with industry developments and evolving customer requirements. Current development efforts focus on expanding artificial intelligence-driven analytics that provide users with timely and reliable insights across a wide range of operational scenarios. Collected data will become even more accessible and analytically powerful. Whether supporting financial reporting to forecast budget periods and control costs, comparing supplier conditions to identify optimal procurement choices, predicting maintenance tasks to minimise downtimes, or analysing safety-related requirements and regulatory compliance, all insights will be strengthened and streamlined through MESPAS AI-enabled analysis.

“We are committed to long-term innovation and customer success,” said Dominic Seiler, Managing Partner of MESPAS. “Our independent, privately held structure enables us to reinvest all income directly into product development. This ensures that our software remains at the forefront of digital ship management and continues to deliver measurable value for our customers.”
